Chatham is a short run up Main Street from Summit, and we deliver to both the borough and the township. Most Chatham orders are for the house: graduation parties, showers, the fall team dinner, a family gathering after a service. Those tend to call for a mix of hot trays and a big sandwich or wrap platter so there is something for everyone.
The offices along Main Street and the small businesses downtown order too, usually boxed lunches or a platter with a salad. If you are not sure how much to get, call and tell us the headcount. We will tell you what to order so you are not paying for food that goes home in foil.
Everything is made in our kitchen in Summit the day it goes out. Our pastrami, corned beef, brisket, roast beef and turkey are made in house and sliced to order.
Chicken five ways, brisket, sausage and peppers, baked ziti, penne alla vodka. Half serves 12, full serves 18.

Easily the best pastrami reuben I've ever had. The meat was outstanding and high quality. Girlfriend had the Italian and that was excellent too, better than their menu picture!
Absolutely the best bagels!! Prefer this location to all other Summit delis and bagel spots, and there's a lot! Coffee is amazing too.

Call with your headcount and we will build the order with you. As a guide, a large sandwich platter serves 12, a full hot tray serves 18, and a 6 foot party sub serves 30.
Sandwiches, wraps and salads: same day. Party subs: 24 hours ahead (we order the bread). Hot trays: 1 to 2 days ahead. For a big event, the earlier the better.
Boxed lunches have a minimum of eight, and per person breakfast has a minimum of ten. Platters and trays can be ordered one at a time.
Tell us when you order. Vegetarian options include the veggie wrap platter, eggplant trays, pasta trays and most salads, and we can label boxed lunches so everyone gets the right one.
