Berkeley Heights sits just west of us along Springfield Avenue, and between the corporate parks off Mountain Avenue and the medical offices in town, a lot of what we send there is lunch for people who cannot leave the building. Those orders need to arrive on time and be easy to serve, so we set them up rather than leaving a stack of bags at the front desk.
At home, Berkeley Heights orders lean toward hot trays. Chicken francaise or marsala with baked ziti and a salad feeds a crowd at a communion or a graduation party without anyone standing at the stove. Half trays serve 12 and full trays serve 18.
Everything is made in our kitchen in Summit the day it goes out. Our pastrami, corned beef, brisket, roast beef and turkey are made in house and sliced to order.

Easily the best pastrami reuben I've ever had. The meat was outstanding and high quality. Girlfriend had the Italian and that was excellent too, better than their menu picture!
Absolutely the best bagels!! Prefer this location to all other Summit delis and bagel spots, and there's a lot! Coffee is amazing too.

Boxed lunches have a minimum of eight, and per person breakfast has a minimum of ten. Platters and trays can be ordered one at a time.
